How to use this utililty:

 Enter a Machine Type (MT) - (4 Numeric Digits)
 Enter a Model (MD) - (3 Characters)
 
 If you just enter the MT, we will return the USA SalesManual list of MTs.

 For MTMD combinations, IBM do not store most of these in a logical way.
 So, this util will check the MD to see if it is a valid mid-range MTMD combination.
 
 If it is, we will return MTMD Book Page, otherwise we will ignore the MD and return the MT list.
 
 New Win/Bucket Mode Toggle:

 If this set to New Win, a new browser tab is opened for each search.
 
 If this is set to Bucket, the same browser tab is used every time.
