New Installs:

All installations of RISC Analysis require registration. 

Activation may take up to 24 hours.  


Update File:

The update file is for previously installed and registered versions only.  It is functionally useless without the full install.

Download Instructions:
Right Click the required file
Select "Save As" or   "Save to Disk"
For Windows xP, locate the saved file and Double Click
For Vista/Win7 see below

Full Install:           RSANFull.exe
Update Only:        UA.exe

Vista/Win7 Users:  Important
You must save the the installer file to Disk.

Before running the installer:
  • Right click the Saved File
  • Select Properties
  • Check 'Run As Administrator'
  • Set compatibility mode to Windows xP
Note:  RISC Analysis requires Full Read/Write AND Create/Delete permissions for the RISC Analysis folder.

Depending upon the number of L1 or L3 Licenses, the M1 Base Registration Fee will be discounted as follows;-

Definitions
M1 Registration The M1 Registration fee is the base annual service fee without any license activations.

The M1 fee is per client organization
L1 Dedicated User Dedicated users are normal software users.  They can not be 'de-activated' by other users. 
L3 3-Pack Group User The L3 3-Pack Group License includes up to three users in a 'Group'.

Only one member of the group may be the 'active' member.

A user in the Group will 'de-activate'  other members when starting RISC Analysis.

A persistent internet connection is required for Group users.

There is no limit to the number of Groups per client, and no limit to the number of users in a Group.
A1 Additional Group User If more than 3 users are required in a group, additional group users may be assigned via the A1 Additional User.
V1 VM Single User User All VM Installs not running under a Group User Licence.  Note - A VM LIC DOES NOT ALLOW SHARING A LICENCE AMONG MULTIPLE USERS !
